Process Guide

How The Export Process Works

Quality Certificate

Submit quality/assay certificate indicating mechanical or chemical specifications of the material.

Claim Certificates

Provide claim certificates to establish ownership and mining rights for the materials.

Proof of Incorporation

Submit company registration documents including memorandum, articles of association, CR14, and company profile.

Terms & Conditions

Propose and get approval for terms including customer details, quality, price, basis of sale, and payment terms.

Agreement of Sale

MMCZ prepares the agreement of sale in consultation with both Producer and Customer parties.

6

Export License

Apply for Export License from Ministry of Mines/Department of Metallurgy. Each consignment requires inspection and approval.

7

Export Documents

MMCZ prepares export documents including commercial invoice, CD1 application, and Zimra ASYCUDA registration.

8

Sales Proceeds

Sales proceeds deposited to Producer's account with automatic deduction of statutory commission (0.875%), VAT (14.5%), and government royalties.

9

Zimra Account

Producer opens Bill of Entry account with Zimra using their individual BP account number for customs clearance.
